Boiler Services

All consumers should have their boiler serviced annually to ensure the smooth, consistent running of your heating system.

A yearly boiler service will help to prolong the life of the boiler and avoid the possibility of breakdowns. A full boiler service takes approximately one hour and consists of the following checks:

Check flue terminals
Check for gas leaks
Check operation of the boiler and look for any faults
Ventilation for the appliance
Burner pressure
Gas rating
Safety devices
Performance analysis (for boilers)
Visible pipework and controls check
Expansion tank/vessel check
